Some things to think about before you book…
We are a small, family-run business whose goal is to provide simple, affordable wedding arch and canopy rentals in Wichita and the surrounding areas. We realize not everyone has experience planning events, so here is some helpful information to get you started:
Rain Contingency Plan
As good as it is to have hope, it is unfortunately not a plan. Think through a rain contingency. If the ceremony might move indoors, that changes where and how we set up your arch or canopy, please tell us in advance what your backup plan may look like.
Timing Requirements
Does your venue require same-day setup and removal? Let us know early so we can plan delivery and pickup around those rules. Many venues have tight windows, and we want to make sure your arch or canopy is ready when you need it—and cleared on time.
Ceremony and Reception in the Same Space?
If the ceremony and reception share the same room, that space has to be turned over between the two. We need to know exactly when that will happen so we can schedule setup and removal around the flip. Share those times with us as soon as you have them.
Scout your location and take pictures.
Photos of the exact setup spot, and a note about which direction the arch or canopy should face, will let us get to work as soon as we arrive. A simple map or phone photo is better than waiting for someone from the wedding party to meet us with last-minute instructions.
Floral Arrangements
Our rental services do not include floral or fabric décor (yet!). Flowers and draping are a great way to make your arch or canopy feel uniquely yours. If you are decorating yourself, bring zip ties, twine, or whatever your florist recommends.
