We are a small, family-run wedding ceremony rental business based in Wichita, Kansas. We started Magnolia Events because couples kept asking for a simple, affordable way to frame their vows without the stress of hauling, assembling, or guessing whether a structure would fit their venue.
Today we offer wedding arches and ceremony canopies with professional delivery, setup, and removal across Wichita, KS and surrounding areas. We intentionally keep our weekend calendar limited so every ceremony gets careful planning and our full attention.
Why we stay small on purpose
Wedding weekends fill up fast in Kansas, and oversized rental companies often stack jobs so tightly that something has to give. We would rather take fewer bookings and show up prepared, on time, and calm. When you schedule with us, you speak with the people who will set up your ceremony, so your questions get real answers.
